We're hiring a Sales Manager to support the expansion of a rapidly growing Aircraft Paint Shop in North America. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of sales strategy, customer relationships, and growth initiatives for a new business unit in the aerospace sector.
bout the Role :
As Sales Manager, you'll lead revenue generation efforts, build strong customer pipelines, and represent the company at major industry events and trade shows. You will be the face of the organization for clients in the business jet / VIP , commercial , and defense segments seeking high-quality aircraft painting solutions.Key Responsibilities :
Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share across business jet, VIP, and commercial segmentsIdentify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in aircraft paint servicesServe as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the sales cycleAttend and represent the company at key aviation industry trade shows and eventsCollaborate closely with operations and leadership to align sales goals with delivery capabilitiesMaintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and CRM recordsWhat We're Looking For :
5+ years of experience in aerospace / aviation sales, specifically aircraft paint, MRO, or completionsDeep knowledge of aircraft paint services (surface prep, coatings, finishes, etc.)Established network in business jet / VIP and commercial aviationProven success meeting or exceeding revenue goalsStrong communication and negotiation skillsWillingness to travel frequently across the U.S. and attend industry eventsBased in or willing to relocate to Melbourne, FL preferred; remote candidates will be consideredDuties, responsibilities and activities may change at any time with or without notice.Hire Aviation is an Equal Opportunity Employer and Recruiting Agency.
