Senior Broker
ExecuSource has partnered with a risk advisory and insurance solutions group in the search for a Senior Broker / AVP. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of various insurance coverages, including Directors & Officers (D&O), Employment Practices Liability (EPL), Fiduciary, Crime, Cyber, and Professional Liability.
This role requires a deep understanding of the insurance placement process, carrier relationships, and the ability to negotiate and secure optimal coverage for clients.
Ideally, this candidate will be located near Cincinnati, OH . For well qualified candidates, remote options will be considered if willing to travel.

What you need to succeed :
Technically Strong
Demonstrates deep technical knowledge and expertise in relevant insurance coverages.
- Extensive coverage knowledge, including : D&O, EPL, Fiduciary, Crime, Cyber, Professional liability
- In depth understanding of carriers, underwriters, markets, and insurance placement process
- Carrier Partnerships
Holds strong, established relationships with carriers and underwriters.
Respected Professional
Well-respected by clients and team members for their professionalism and competence.
- Possession of an insurance license required
- Proven ability to negotiate on behalf of clients and secure and place coverage effectively
- Familiarity with the Private Equity (PE) space is advantageous.
