We are looking for an Industrial Support Representative responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include :

• Providing onsite waste management support to the client by ensuring compliance to the plan and Statement of Work in regards to the client's waste streams and processing of waste.
• Ensuring waste is being segregated, sorted, and processed according to the client's expectations.
• Maintaining compliance by checking for contamination, trash, and non-conforming materials.
• Monitoring waste volumes and scheduled load pickups and swaps as needed.
• Providing potential outlets and services for projects as needed by the client.
• Assisting in the coordination of diversion of one-off waste needs, immediate needs, and emergency cleanouts.
• Scheduling and coordinating container delivery, management of projects, and special requests and needs.

Specific qualifications for the position include :

• High School degree required; some college preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Prior work experience in a or client support role professional call center environment.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Superior customer service & relationship-building skills.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook) and comfortable with internet research.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.

We are looking for a Title Processor responsible for assisting the attorneys with high-volume caseloads and will work often in our vendor-related software.

Your specific duties will include :

Reviewing Title Report.

Reviewing date-down endorsements provided by Title Company.

Reviewing Affidavit of Authority for accuracy.

Reviewing the chain of titles more particularly for assignment accuracy.

Specific qualifications for the position include :

1-year title review experience. Need someone who knows how to analyze, cure, and write titles.

Experience preparing (not just typing) title commitments or curing title defects as opposed to someone who closes loan transactions.

High School Diploma or Higher

Able to work in a fast-paced environment, be organized and multi-tasked must type 50 wpm

Must have general office experience, (copying, filing, answering phones)
