Position Summary :
In the role of Registered Behavior Technician, you will be instrumental in providing direct support to students by implementing individualized behavioral interventions tailored to their specific needs.
Your efforts will be vital in cultivating a positive and effective learning environment where students can achieve their fullest potential.
Essential Qualifications :
- Licensure : Must possess a valid and active RBT License in the state of Rhode Island.
- Certification : National RBT Certification is required, demonstrating your adherence to best practices in the field of behavior analysis.
Key Responsibilities :
- Work Schedule : Full-time position requiring a commitment of 37.5 hours per week, from Monday through Friday.
- Student Interaction : Work collaboratively with a diverse range of K-12 students, delivering personalized behavioral support and implementing targeted intervention strategies to address individual challenges effectively.
