Program Manager - Part-Time / .6 FTE, Day Shift - Hybrid work arrangement
The program manager will be responsible for creating / coordinating project planning frameworks and projects to transform care in the NW Region.
The program manager will assist in providing key stakeholders with actionable analytics to improve outcomes, including integrated data to identify opportunities for optimal performance.

Required Qualifications :
Associate's Degree with Project Management Certification Or
Bachelor's Degree
Experience in Project Management, Facilitation, Electronic publishing, and Data Analytics.
Preferred Qualifications :
Coursework / Training Project Management, Lean, Six Sigma, and Change Facilitation.
Upon hire : Project Management Certification (required if have minimum education of AA degree)
Extensive experience with a variety of software tools Outlook, Excel, Power Point.
Experience in Healthcare.
Experience supporting clinicians to drive to outcomes.
