Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or physician.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accurate dosage and documentation.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and respiratory rate.
- Assist in the development and implementation of individualized patient care plans.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and medication management.
- Respond promptly to patient calls and needs, providing compassionate and timely care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.
Requirements
Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
1 year experience working in Medical Surgincal
High School Diploma or Equivalent
BLS Certification
ALCS Certification
