Job Description

Monday - Friday 2 : 30 - 10 : 30 pm

Occasional Overtime Is Required.

$17.00 / hr + DOE plus $1.75 / hr shift differential

Description :

Good organizational, communication and time management skills. Must have a strong work ethic while being production and quality conscious.

Jointly responsible for whole work processes, performing multiple tasks, setting staffing plans and production goals for the current day with other team members.

Provides information to other team members during shift overlap to improve overall plant performance.

Qualifications :

Able to lift 15 30 lbs frequently. Able to stand 8 10 hours / day. Detail oriented and accuracy a must. Must be able to work flexible schedule which could include weekend hours.

Computer knowledgeable. Ability to work overtime.

• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to assess obstacles and make minor non-mechanical adjustments to ensure safety and maintenance procedures are followed.
• Ability to speak, read, and communicate effectively utilizing the English language.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Share equipment knowledge with team members.
• Participate in the Team Business Meetings.
