Position Summary : We are URGENTLY hiring passionate and responsible Child Care Providers (babysitter, nanny, caregiver, au pair, daycare provider, preschool teacher) to join our team in San Diego, CA ! The ideal candidate will be dedicated to the well-being and development of children, ensuring their safety and promoting their social, emotional, and behavioral growth.
Pay : $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or higher degree
- Previous experience in childcare or a related field is preferred
- Proof of Covid vaccination
- Proof of Flu vaccination and annual renewal required
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and punctual
- Patience, empathy, and a passion to work with children!

Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise and monitor children's activities to ensure a safe and nurturing environment.
- Create and implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs that stimulate children's physical, emotional, behavioral, and cognitive development.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to children as needed.
- Potential need to change diapers or assist with toilet training along with maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.
- Maintain accurate records of children's daily routines, health, and milestones.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless childcare experience.
