Responsibilities :
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Coordinate and manage customer service events to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Utilize call center experience to handle a high volume of customer calls and emails.
- Demonstrate basic computer skills to input and track customer information accurately.
Qualifications :
- Event Coordination and Management Experience.
- 2-3 years of high-level customer service experience preferred
- Call Center Experience.
- Basic Computer Skills.
- Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
