Position Overview :
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Machine Operator to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with various machining equipment and a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of precision and efficiency.
In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery to produce custom products that meet exact specifications.
Key Responsibilities :
Operate and maintain the following machines : Amada Ton Forming Press with an ft bed for metal forming. Mazak Vertical Machining Center for precision machining tasks.
Bridgeport Milling Machine for various milling operations. Basic Saw Machine for cutting materials to required sizes.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor and adjust machine settings as needed to produce high-quality parts.
- Follow detailed instructions and blueprints to achieve custom product specifications.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role.
- Proficiency in operating a variety of machinery, including Amada forming presses, Mazak vertical machining centers, and Bridgeport mills.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Commitment to safety and quality standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and reliability.
