As a customer service Representative, working with current customers providing them with excellent customer service will be your #1 focus.
A strong background in social media and knowledge of available technology solutions is desired. Prior personal or commercial insurance experience will be a plus.
This position is a support position to our personal and commercial sales team.
Our agency has achieved several awards including MDRT, Toppers Club(Multiple Years) and Championship (Multiple Years).
Base Salary from $35,000-$50,000 based on experience.

Responsibilities
- Daily work flow will include :
- Assist customers by phone, email, text and in person as needed
- Service home and auto policies for existing clientele
- Identifying cross sale opportunities and communicating those opportunities to the sale team
- Contact existing clientele for policy reviews as needed
- Prepare data as needed for commercial renewal business and new commercial leads
