About Us :
City-Sofive is a rapidly growing startup dedicated to developing soccer centers across the country. We currently operate two indoor soccer facilities in Chicago and are committed to providing a safe and secure environment for all our visitors.
Job Description :
As a member of the Security Staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of all visitors at our facility.
You will be responsible for monitoring access points, enforcing facility rules, and responding to any incidents or emergencies that may arise.
Reporting To : Facility Manager
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct door and bag checks to ensure visitor safety and security.
- Monitor and control access points within the facility.
- Enforce facility rules and regulations to maintain a secure environment.
- Respond promptly and professionally to incidents, emergencies, and customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with other staff members to address security-related concerns.
- Report any suspicious activities or incidents to the Facility Manager.
- Assist in implementing and adhering to security protocols and procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their needs.
- Work collaboratively with local law enforcement if needed.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in indoor security or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Detail-oriented with excellent observational skills.
- Understanding of basic security protocols and procedures.
- Knowledge of the soccer industry is a plus.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Education and Experience :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Relevant certifications in security or first aid are a plus.
- Previous experience in security roles is preferred.
Compensation and Benefits :
- Competitive hourly wage : $18.00 - $20.00 per hour.
- Flexible schedule.
- Opportunities for additional hours based on facility needs.

- Weekends as needed
