POSITION PURPOSE
This position will provide mission critical, integrated, operational support for the Finance Department’s infrastructure essentials.
The major support areas in this position are day-to-day operation of financial properties from handling budget preparations to analyzing financial data to improve overall profitability and efficiency.
Pay : Starting at $40.86 / hr
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES
- Lead the financial analysis, revenue and expense forecasting and strategic initiative analysis for a $300M annual revenue program, operating medical clinics across 10+ states.
- Develop financial metrics for program operations to be reported daily, weekly and monthly.
- This position will dual report to Operational leadership, providing mission critical analysis and financial metric reporting that will identify financial concerns and guide the program toward success.
- Strategic initiative is critical; expect that this position will use the financial information to identify trends and make financially supported program recommendations to improve the profitability and efficiencies of the program.
- This position must have a solid Accounting understanding to work with the Accounting teams and help drive the accounting set-up for the program to ensure meaningful data for program analysis and understanding.
- Prepare and present regular financial reporting to Executive and Program Leadership that are timely and accurate
- Prepare and present regular financial reporting to Government Leadership that are timely and accurate
- Provide valuable insight of the financial results that will be provided to Executive, Program Leadership and Government customer.
- Analyze financial data to provide quantitative and qualitative tracking / analysis of results against key performance indicators
- Assess process improvement opportunities that enhance the performance of the program.
- Partner with and build strong relationships with the leadership teams
- Cross-functional interaction with Program Management, Accounting, HR, Credentialing, Contracts Team and other business segments
EDUCATION / CERTIFICATION : Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA is preferred
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :
- 7+ years of Finance / Accounting experience with financial analysis background
- Government contracting industry experience preferred
- Ability to work as a team player and collaborate across functions
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficient user of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office Applications. Experience in Salesforce and large ERP system preferred.
- Self-starter that adapts well to change in a fast-paced, maturing workplace
- Ability to tailor work approach from detail-oriented to strategic review, depending on audience

TECHNOLOGICAL ABILITY : Proficient in the use of MS Excel. Experience in Salesforce and large ERP system preferred.
