CNA: Full-Time Home Care

Under the supervision of an RN or LVN, the CNA / Care Partner will provide direct patient care within the scope of practice.

Coursework / Training : Attend 4 hours of Care Partner training offered by St. Joseph Health System Greater Sonoma County.

California Nursing Assistant Certification License upon hire.&Healthcare experience in training program or in work setting.
