We have an exciting full-time permanent opportunity for an experienced Physical Therapist with one of our leading healthcare facilities in Green Bay, WI.

Requirements :
- Must have WI license at time of submission
- Demonstrates the ability to perform the technical skills and critical thinking outlined in the performance standards
- Minimum 2 years’ experience
Pay and Benefits :
Pay : $105,000 (5% Annual Bonus on the base salary paid monthly based on hitting KPI’s.)
Job Details :
- PT’s will see each patient 1 on 1 for an hour (they will never see more than 8 patients a day).
- Treat a strictly adult population in a Sports Medicine philosophy so a bit more of an aggressive approach to treating in an OccMed setting.
- Schedule : 9A 6P (no weekends and no on-call).
