We are hiring a full-time creative, resourceful customer service representative (CSR) in Spokane, WA. In this role, you will provide professional and timely support to our sales team and customers.

What you'll do :

In our fast-paced team environment, you will partner with our customers and Account Managers to find products and services, solve customer needs, and build ongoing positive business relationships.

• Customer inquiries, quotes, order processing, expediting / returns
• Sourcing parts
• Assist in generating sales
• Help in the stockroom as needed

Qualifications :

• 1+ year customer service or inside sales, mechanical or maintenance experience. Industrial distribution or parts counter environment preferred
• Attention to detail
• Written and verbal communication skills, including English grammar
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license & clean driving record (MVR)

In accordance with applicable wage transparency law requirements, the typical estimated pay range for this position in Spokane WA is $ - $ depending on experience, plus bonus opportunities.

Bonus amounts are tied to location performance and historically have generally been between $250 - $450 / mo, though no specific amount is guaranteed.

There are additional quarterly and annual bonus opportunities.
