Medical Temporaries, Inc. is currently seeking an experienced Certified or Registered Medical Assistant / CMA or RMA (Audiology)

Required : ability to perform ear wax cleanings via irrigation

This is a PART TIME / TEMPORARY position requiring availability between the hours of 9 : 00 AM-4 : 00 PM, Monday through Friday. 3 Days per week on average - Number of Hours / Days can vary based on numbers of residents to see at each facility and how many facilities can be scheduled in a day. This is an On the Road position with client facilities located between Roanoke, VA (24014) & Chilhowie, VA (24319). Reliable transportation is required : There is Compensation for Mileage.

Responsibilities :

A Day in the Life of a Certified or Registered Medical Assistant / CMA or RMA :

You will focus on providing high quality care to nursing home residents in the greater Roanoke area and beyond as part of a healthcare team. Scheduling tailored to Provider's availability.

Requirements for the Certified or Registered Medical Assistant / CMA or RMA :

Perform ear wax cleanings on nursing home residents via irrigation

Work with nursing home staff to see residents

Maintain patient medical records and sending completed treatment notes to MCA

Ability to pass background check

Qualifications for the Certified or Registered Medical Assistant / CMA or RMA :

Qualifications :

Licensed in VA for Certified Medical Assistant and in good standing

Able to perform ear wax cleaning

Must have reliable transportation and be punctual for scheduled visits

Must be diligent in treatment practices

Job Types : Part-time, Temporary

Work Location : On the road

Benefits :

$18.00 - $22.00 PER HOUR (DEPENDING ON YOUR LEVEL AND YEARS OF EXPERIENCE)
