Hanwha Vision America (HVA) is seeking a Program Manager to help us unlock the full potential of our existing infrastructure, sales force and global programs to grow revenue with global end-user accounts.

This individual will leverage their strong relationship-building skills to foster deeper collaboration within our company across various departments.

They will also identify opportunities to utilize our current pricing programs and maximize the value proposition for our global accounts.

Furthermore, the ideal candidate will possess a network of external resources, such as system integrators and distribution partners, to expand our reach and capabilities, ultimately driving significant growth within these strategic accounts.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and process global quotation & updates
  • Track and manage global target progress globally (across two major CRMs)
  • Participate in global planning discussions involving E / U
  • Internal Team building for account development and support based on HQ of the Corporate Account.
  • Support & encourage HTA team to develop global target account
  • Align stakeholders regardless of geography by collecting intel on customer from account team (Hanwha Vision globally, SI and / or distributor)
  • Support account owner to build playbook for global account
  • Lead global account targeting discussions
  • Develop end-user playbook with relevant account owner and share with greater Hanwha organization
  • Address pricing conflicts due to regional market challenges
  • Internal Team building for account development and support based on HQ of the Corporate Account.
  • Manage and report quarterly on balance scorecard

Qualification

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B sales and account management, ideally in a global setting.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas, demonstrating strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Strong understanding of the security industry
  • Solid understanding of international business practices, cultural nuances, and global markets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with fluency in a second language being a valuable asset (especially Korean or Spanish).
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers across different cultures.
  • The ability to develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve client goals.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify client needs, anticipate challenges, and develop effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, sales automation tools, and other relevant technology.

Desirable Qualifications :

  • A Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, international relations, or a related field is usually required.
  • Lean Six Sigma Certification
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
  • In-depth knowledge of an IP video, VMS and related technologies
