Retail Assistant Manager : If you enjoy working as part of a management team and have previous supervisory experience, we would love the opportunity to talk with you about our Assistant Store Leader Trainee role. Responsibilities
- Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching, alongside the Store Leader, for all store employees.
- Assist in implementing all merchandising and marketing programs.
- Promote our loyalty program and manage cash handling and fuel transactions as needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe environment by complying with health and sanitation procedures, ensuring the store is presentable and products are in-stock.
Qualifications
Ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.Excellent oral and written communication and intrapersonal skills.Proficient computer knowledge, with preference for Word and Excel.A High School diploma or GED is preferred, but not required for candidates with at least one year of Retail Management experience.A valid Driver's License and maintaining automotive liability insurance during employment.Experience in supervising and developing teams, identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, and promoting employee productivity.Benefits
