Top Tier Law firm is looking for an Attorney professional to join their growing team.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of two to four years of general trusts and estates background with experience drafting wills, trusts and other related documents.
- Knowledge of federal estate and gift taxes is required.
- Preferred candidates would have experience with estate administration, partnerships, corporations, charitable planning, closely-held businesses planning, and sophisticated tax planning for entities and individuals.
- Excellent work and academic credentials including strong research, writing presentation and general interpersonal skills are essential.
- Juris Doctor degree (or equivalent degree)
- Admission to the North Carolina State Bar preferred.
This role sit HYBRID out of the Charlotte, NC office.
