Customer Service Representative
Liberty Consulting and Management is seeking to expand its Customer Service Representative team in the local Manhattan area.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will : Follow up directly with customers to provide them insight on service, promotions, sales, and telecommunication packages Become an expert on the program by attending daily client meetings to stay up to date with services and sales goals Upsell products and services that will be beneficial and to increase sales margins Achieve or exceed individual and team sales goals Maintain detailed records and daily communications with customers Create positive and professional relationships with customers We are looking for our Customer Service Representatives to not only become successful in the role but also grow with us.
We want to provide our Representatives with unlimited training and leadership development so that they can achieve their highest growth goals and take their careers as far as they want.
