Job Description :
- Responsible for opening and closing new home community sales office and model homes
- Greet potential buyers, provide information, and answer questions regarding community
- Cultivate rapport with potential buyers and assist with their home-buying needs
- Hand out brochures, secure contact information for follow-up, etc.
- Assist on-site sales team with their day-to-day tasks

Job Requirements :
- Must have a California Real Estate license, this is a requirement of the State of California
- Must transfer your Real Estate License upon employment with Smart Staffing Solutions.
