Job Title : Senior Designer

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a creative design role, preferably within an agency setting.

Proven success in developing campaigns.

Strong portfolio demonstrating design principles, typography, color theory, and visual communication.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.

Strong conceptual and strategic thinking skills.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Exceptional time management skills in a fast-paced environment.

Positive, proactive, and results-oriented attitude.

Key Responsibilities

Conceptualize and execute original, impactful designs aligned with product and branding strategies.

Lead and mentor junior designers, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and quality standards.

Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and innovate.

Manage projects from concept through execution, ensuring timely delivery.

Present creative concepts confidently to stakeholders and clients.

Stay updated on design trends, digital best practices, and industry innovations.

Research competitors and target audiences to inform creative decisions.

Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

Additional Details

The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $140,000 USD, with compensation based on experience and qualifications. We offer a hybrid work model, with teams in the office about four days a week.
