Superintendent
Our client is seeking a dedicated Superintendent for their division. This role offers the opportunity to work on exciting projects across various industries, including renewables, data centers, oil and gas, and more.
As a Superintendent, you'll lead job crews, ensure compliance with safety standards, and manage day-to-day operations on-site.
Day to Day Duties
- Travel nationally to various project sites as needed.
- Plan, organize, and direct daily work for job crew employees.
- Hire, train, and manage job crew members, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Review and stay familiar with project plans, specifications, and contract scopes.
- Attend coordination meetings and provide necessary updates.
- Monitor and document job progress, generating RFIs and memos as needed.
- Ensure adherence to National Electrical Codes and safety standards.
- Order materials and manage tool control for the job site.
- Oversee job site cleanup and ensure safety compliance.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Proven experience in the electrical field, with knowledge of NEC and OSHA safety standards.
- Ability to perform physical duties, including lifting, walking, climbing, and working in various weather conditions.
- Proficient in installing and troubleshooting PLCs, AC / DC drives, and electrical gear.
- Experience with Single and Three Phase motors and motor control systems.
- Ability to read and comprehend blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Strong understanding of L.O.T.O policies and OSHA regulations.

Note : To comply with state laws, the annual base salary range for this position has been provided as a guideline. The final salary offer will be determined based on factors such as work experience, education / training, key skills, and other considerations.
