Job Details

Our company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play an integral role in a fast-paced, growing company.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of large-scale construction projects from inception to completion.

This includes planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing out projects while ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

This role requires a high degree of collaboration with internal teams, external vendors, and clients.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of construction projects, ensuring all milestones and objectives are met within the agreed timeframes and budgets.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and communication plans.
  • Manage the response process for RFPs, including the development of comprehensive and competitive proposals.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
  • Collaborate with architects and other construction professionals to design and implement project plans.
  • Oversee the acquisition of resources and materials as per the project plan.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Real Estate, or a related field. A Master's degree will be considered an asset.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with a particular focus on construction and real estate projects.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Excellent knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
  • Proven experience in managing client relationships and responding to RFPs.
  • Strong budgeting skills with a proven track record of delivering projects within budget.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement.
