About the Role

As a Principal Federal Compliance Analyst at Workday, you will proactively identify risks, advise on strategic process improvements, and lead the implementation of those improvements. We are seeking a candidate with strong Federal Procurement expertise and a successful history of managing complex projects. You will need to demonstrate excellent communication, influencing and leadership skills, and the ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.

Job Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To :

Compliance :

• Serve as the subject matter expert on compliance issues, providing guidance and training to internal stakeholders to support adherence to Federal regulations, including FAR, DFARS, etc.
• Compile compliance documentation, coordinate data requests for audits, proactively stay informed of industry / regulatory changes, and foster an effective control environment.

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission / bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Recruiters can share more detail during the hiring process. Each candidate's compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things.
