Job Description :

  • Work closely with the Commercial Sales team and be an active contributor to the Customers Account Team, while providing professional and excellent customer service.
  • Effective and accurate order fulfilment / order confirmation via phone, email or electronic order entry system.
  • Ability to manage large number of incoming phone calls.
  • Ability to maintain and update customer pricing.
  • Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction, collaborating with Sales, Operations and Inventory Management teams to identify solutions to meet customer commitments
  • Handle and clarify customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Develop sustainable and collaborative relationships through open and interactive communication with all internal colleagues and customers
  • Approach each day with a keen sense of self-discipline and urgency, along with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries, in addition to making upsell recommendations based on understanding of customer's needs and requirements
  • Administrative duties may include processing new client accounts, maintaining customer accounts, implementing changes to existing accounts, filing documents and other paperwork.

  • Ability to maintain excellent safety and attendance record
  • Proven customer support experience
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to listen carefully and understand a customers situation in order to help them
  • Ability to problem solve with a calm and professional approach
