WHO WE NEED : We are currently looking to add to our team of highly trained medical professionals, seeking an excellent aesthetic Registered Nurse.

This is NOT an entry-level position, candidates without prior experience in plastic surgery, cosmetic dermatology or med spa setting will not be considered.

WHO YOU ARE : A passionate, dedicated, and skillful Registered Nurse / NP who has an eye for aesthetics! You thrive working in a fast-paced environment and are always willing to learn more and strengthen your skills to deliver the best service and results.

WHAT YOU’LL DO :

• Deliver best in class dermal filler and neurotoxin treatments, laser treatments, microneedling, CoolSculpting and other non-invasive treatments following the guidelines and under the supervision of the Medical Director
• Advanced dermal filler and neurotoxin experience
• Obtain client intake forms, consent forms, and documentation
• Conduct client consultations and provide treatment plans
• Perform before and after photography
• Educate clients on all Kalologie treatment and product offerings
• Actively promote the clinic, treatments, retail, and available promotions
• Educate regarding procedures and products that complement the treatment and enhance the result
• Comply with required protocols, requests and compliance policies
• Perform prep work, properly clean and restock room as required
• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment
• Assist in all areas of clinic operation as requested by management

WHAT YOU’LL HAVE :

• Must be experienced delivering cosmetic injectabletreatments (Botox Cosmetic, Juvéderm, Restylane)
• Up-to-date Californialicensure
• BLS and ACLS Certification
• 2-3 years of dermal fillerexperience. We will provide hands-on training for the right candidate.
• Proficiency with patient EMR, charting, Word, Excel and other software skills
• Hold a high level of professionalism when interacting with clients, patients and staff members
• Work a flexible schedule as we are open evenings and weekends
• Willingness to learn new techniques and procedures
• Cheerful upbeat demeanor and can-do attitude
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent customer service and consultative skills
