The Sales Coordinator, a key member of Sonders Corporate Housing Sales team, will drive Sonders revenue by managing Corporate Housing revenue opportunities, fulfilling bookings for clients, and supporting client management , with the shared goal of driving incremental revenue & repeat business to the organization.

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for delivering exemplary booking service to our Corporate Housing clients in our dynamic, growing environment.

As the key interface between our business and the booking clients, this team member facilitates booking inquiries, supports corporate clients in-stay requests, and assists the Account Managers to improve conversion.

The Sales Coordinator will be a stellar relationship builder, with the ability to engage with clients and colleagues at all levels.

Sonders Corporate Housing Sales team is responsible for 35% of the teams revenue and manages key global accounts. The Sales Coordinator will also be responsible for supporting, collaborating with and using various sales systems, strategies and processes.

The Sales coordinator will be agile and have a keen sense to be able to multitask these various tasks throughout their day.

AT SONDER YOU WILL :

  • Book and manage corporate housing reservations for managed accounts; manage the process beginning to end, including lead management, guest communication, rate quoting, availability, contract needs, guest follow-up.
  • Manage in-house corporate housing reservation extension requests with renewals and support.
  • Grow usage and adoption of Sonder amongst corporate accounts, optimizing for incremental revenue; support the Sellers with guest contact communication, lead management, reservation fulfillment, and general account support.
  • Support the Corporate Housing team in the management of key accounts by building and maintaining deep relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Assist with customer service inquiries for managed accounts and ensure quick resolution while also keeping all internal stakeholders updated.
  • Collaborate with internal cross functional teams including customer guest services, legal, finance and real estate, and others that work directly with the sales organization.
  • Ensure all leads are accurately entered into and managed in Salesforce.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR :

  • Minimum 2 years of customer facing or revenue based experience in the hospitality, travel, or corporate housing industry.
  • Strong understanding of the hotel industrys reservations landscape *and* the real estate industrys rental / leasing landscape.
  • Strong ability to see projects through from beginning to end; an organized multi-tasker who thrives on managing multiple projects at the same time.
  • Super-communicator, both internally and externally, with strong interpersonal skills; Proven ability to collaborate and build strong relationships to drive partner satisfaction and growth.
  • Proven ability to improve and / or streamline processes in a growing, changing, complex environment.
  • Skilled in both Microsoft and Google suites of products, Salesforce, and other sales enablement tools.
  • Excited and passionate about Sonder, reaching Sales targets, and working cross-functionally to build a world class Sales organization!
  • Passionate, positive, and ability to flex and adapt with a growing organization!

Salary : $60,000 - $63,000
