Overview
We’re hiring 5+ dependable, detail-focused Heavy Industrial Component Technicians to break down and prepare large metal components used in transportation and logistics. This is physically demanding yet steady, hands-on work—lifting, disassembling, loading, and refurbishing heavy parts with industrial equipment to ensure they’re clean and ready for quality checks.
You’ll start in the breakdown and component prep department but quickly cross-train across the shop, building valuable skills and earning a raise with every new skill you master.

Responsibilities
Load and lift industrial bearing assemblies through a series of operationsDisassemble used metal components with hydraulic presses and hand tools.Run parts through industrial cleaners to prep them for quality inspection.Monitor cleanliness and quality before passing components to inspection.Adjust and maintain equipment settings for washersHandle and move heavy components safely throughout the process.Perform routine maintenance on wash and blast equipment.Qualifications
Basic
Manufacturing or quality-focused experience preferredAbility to perform repetitive or short-cycle work.Familiarity with dimensional and visual quality inspectionComfortable using hand tools and rotary toolsStrong verbal and written communicationFollow written procedures and perform basic mathPhysical
