Firehouse Subs Restaurant Manager
This position is fully accountable for the profitable operation of a Firehouse Subs Restaurant while adhering to all company guidelines and regulations.
Principal responsibilities include :
- Ensuring the restaurant is in full compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
- Knowledge, adherence, and enforcement of all Firehouse Subs Policies and Procedures.
- Providing leadership to the restaurant team to meet standards of superior guest service, quality, and cleanliness.
- Ensuring the profitability of the business by operating within established guidelines.
- Coordinating and implementing current operations game plans and company initiatives.
- Accountable for the proper staffing of the restaurant with qualified personnel.
- Accountable for the continuous training and development of the Assistant Manager and Shift Managers.
- Actively participating in local restaurant marketing in the local trade area.
- Implementing and promoting all Public Safety Foundation initiatives.
- Ensuring all required programs, reports, and legal documents are accurate, complete, and on schedule.
- Maintaining awareness and participation in community affairs to take advantage of sales and public relations opportunities.
- Representing Firehouse Subs in a professional, positive manner at all times.
- Communicating effectively to the GM / Owner any issues that may impact the business.
- Maintaining restaurant equipment in full working order.
- Able to work on their feet for up to 13 hours at a time.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Any other duties assigned by the Owner.
Compensation : $38,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year.
