We're presently seeking to hire a dynamic General Manager for our Phoenix location. This pivotal role offers a competitive salary reflecting experience and skills.

Job Qualifications :
- Minimum of 2 years management experience in a full-service restaurant
- Demonstrated passion for excellence with a drive for success
- Proven ability to lead, develop, and coach a team
- Superior customer service skills and hospitality focus
- ServSafe Certification
- High energy shift skills with a proven record of high performance
As the General Manager at our Phoenix location, your responsibilities will include :

- Communicating effectively and listening attentively
- Showcasing exemplary leadership skills and coaching when necessary
- Going above and beyond for each guest to create memorable experiences
Working as a General Manager at our Phoenix location, you'll play an integral part in our team, embodying our commitment to hospitality and creating a positive work environment.
