We're seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager who can bring their passion and expertise to our team.
Responsibilities :
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations
- Hire, train, and schedule all FOH staff
- Manage inventory, cost of goods, and overall financial control
- Assist in planning events, ordering supplies, and staffing
- Multi-task efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Utilize POS Systems (Toast)
- Ensure the highest quality of service to all guests
Qualifications :
- Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience
- Strong passion for culinary excellence and knowledge of fine wine and spirits
- Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with problem-solving abilities
- Personable, energetic, and positive team member
- Attention to detail and professional appearance
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Flexible schedule : weekdays, nights, weekends, and holidays
Salary and Benefits :
- Up to $85,000.00 per year
- Paid time off
