Physical Requirements :
This position involves occasional standing or walking while carrying objects weighing up to 25 pounds. It also requires frequent sitting at a computer workstation for extended periods, performing repetitive tasks such as typing.
Shift :
Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m. (40 hours per week). Occasional overtime may be required during peak volume periods.
Job Summary :
The Administrative Support Associate I in the Human Resources Compensation Department plays a key role in processing Payroll Authorization Records (PARs).
This position works closely with departments across the University to ensure that personnel actions are completed accurately, timely, and in compliance with University policies and applicable state and federal regulations. The primary responsibility of this role is to review and process payroll documents and transactions to support timely and accurate payments.
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with a strong commitment to customer service, collaboration, and confidentiality. This role is well-suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting HR operations through teamwork.
