Made up of smart, perceptive Googlers with a flair for domestic, international, and sales and use tax, the knowledge and expertise of this team runs deep. You have years of experience in this field and an extensive knowledge of those tax issues most relevant to internet companies. While we don't give our Googlers individual tax advice, you make it easy for Googlers to get what they need to make good tax decisions. You find ways to work smarter by streamlining and automating our tax processes and systems, and find ways to be both innovative and compliant.

In this role, you will join a dedicated team that delivers comprehensive tax solutions using modern technology and data, within a culture built on innovation, collaboration, excellence and integrity.

From developing forward-thinking analysis to generating Google management reports to scaling our automated financial processes, the Finance organization is an important partner and advisor to the business.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $113,000-$162,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Minimum Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in tax.
• Experience in SQL and managing structured data.
• Experience in Google Suite (advanced formulas, macros, and Appscript).
• Experience with data automation and visualization tools.
