A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Operations Manager to lead and scale a high-performing RCM team.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage and lead a team of RCM Associates, providing performance feedback and career development
Oversee day-to-day RCM operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency with a patient-first focus
Identify and implement workflow optimizations to enhance collections and operational efficiency
Required Qualifications :
5+ years of management experience, with at least 2 years managing a team of 3 or more
Experience in building relationships and collaborating across technical and operational teams
Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain structure in evolving processes
Experience in telehealth, healthcare operations, or healthtech companies is a strong plus
Tech-savvy with experience using platforms like Front, Aircall, and Intercom
