Property Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

Wash and clean restoration equipment

Mow and maintain the lawns around the property

Trim and maintain the weeds around the property

Maintain the appearance of the parking lot

Make sure the lot is free of garbage and debris

Make sure the area around dump trailers is free of debris, nails, screws, glass, and miscellaneous garbage

Make sure areas around storage units are free of garbage and debris

Wash and maintain company vehicles

Make sure vehicle oil changes are completed

Bring vehicles to scheduled maintenance appointments

Wash windows inside and outside of buildings

Clean office area

Vacuum

Take out garbage

Clean desks

Clean bathrooms

Other tasks as assigned

Requirements

Strong work ethic

Honest and accountable

Detail oriented is a must

Strong communication skills is a plus

Valid Driver's License

Physical and Work Environment Requirements

Occasionally - Lifting objects / property

Constant- Walking, standing and working with your hands

Normal Working Hours, Additional Working Hours, and Travel Requirements

This is a part-time position with flexible working hours varying between 7 : 30am-6 : 00pm, Monday-Friday. This position would require travel to our Hermantown location to complete the same tasks. Transportation will be provided.

Compensation : $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
