- Be a Patient Care Champion : Ensure every patient feels comfortable and receives high-quality dental treatment.
- Become a Dental Sidekick : Assist dentists during procedures by preparing instruments, sterilizing equipment, and keeping things running smoothly.
- Embrace the Dental Force : Master the art of dental hygiene instruction, take x-rays (certification required), and manage patient records.
- Become a Communication Jedi : Build rapport with patients, answer questions, and effectively communicate with the dental team.
- Unleash Your Teamwork Power : Collaborate with dentists, hygienists, and other dental staff to create a positive and efficient work environment.
Do you have the makings of a Dental Assistant Superhero?
- High school diploma or GED (and a desire to learn more!)
- X-ray certification is a must-have for this mission! Additional certifications are a plus (think CPR, Radiology).
- At least one year of experience fighting for smiles is ideal.
- You possess a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a passion for teamwork.
