Key Responsibilities :
- Leading all New York Metro attorney recruitment.
- Creating a full cycle, white glove service function during the recruitment processes.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree, required.
- 7+ years of experience within recruitment.
- Law firm experience ideal.
- Strong customer service orientation.
The salary range for this position is between $120k-175k on a base, with compensation commensurate with experience.
