My Team ABA is an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) company that brings a wealth of experience to the field of supporting individuals with autism.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of individuals with autism.
We take pride in our family-centered approach, working closely with caregivers to understand their priorities and develop highly individualized behavior intervention plans.

Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
- Conduct assessments
- Provide training to parents and staff
- Collaborate with other members of the team
- Maintain records and documentation
- Attend professional development activities
- Supervision of RBTs
- The BCBA will have the opportunity to grow within the company by taking on additional responsibilities and leadership roles.
Qualifications :
- Master's degree in ABA or related field
- BCBA certification
- 2+ years of experience working with children with autism
- Strong understanding of ABA principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
