We are seeking a dedicated Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) to join our outpatient pediatric Primary Care team . This role providers advanced nursing care and physician support in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of pediatric patients from infancy through adolescence. The ideal candidate is a compassionate, skilled provider who is passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide comprehensive care to infants, children, and adolescents, including diagnosis, treatment and ongoing management of medical conditions.
  • Conduct well-child exams, immunizations, and school / extra-curricular physicals to support overall pediatric health.
  • Obtain patient history, assess physical and mental development, and ensure early detection of potential health concerns.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, lab work, and imaging studies to guide treatment decisions.
  • Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians.
  • prescribe medications, manage chronic illnesses, and educate families on preventive care and wellness strategies.
  • Maintain and update accurate electronic medical records. (EMR) to ensure continuity of care.
  • Act as a resource for patients and families, providing guidance on childhood development, nutrition, and health promotion.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic, patient-centered care and improve health outcomes.

Qualifications :

  • Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program (MSN or DNP required).
  • Active NP licensure in the state of California.
  • Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) board certification.
  • 2-4 years of pediatric primary care or a related setting.
