Service Technician

What does the role involve?
- Perform remediation of warranty items, installation of minor additional kitchen remodel work projects.
- Assist with correcting installation issues for ongoing kitchen remodels.
- Perform job inspections for both ongoing and warranty jobs and report results to the office.
- Perform countertop rip outs for countertop only contracts.
- Ensure proper inventory for repairs and installations are maintained within the work vehicle as well as maintain company vehicle / service as needed.
What is required?
- 3 - 5 years of experience working in kitchen remodeling, kitchen construction, or general carpentry
- Experience with lamination / veneer work required
- Must have a basic understanding of carpentry and plumbing
- Proficient with the use of power and hand tools.
- Finish carpentry skills are needed
- Highly organized, self-driven with strong communication skills
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
We’re looking for a self-directed, reliable, and experienced Field Service Technician to perform warranty and ongoing job remediation / inspections for our existing customers.
As a Field Service Technician, you will project a positive and professional image of Kitchen Magic in the field and communicate effectively with the Corporate Office.
Company vehicle provided.
