Description
- Troubleshooting equipment and systems after their installation.
- Design floor layouts of systems and equipment in support of an engineer.
- Installing new systems or equipment.
- Training maintenance employees on the maintenance of installed systems and equipment.
- Understanding basic blueprints and schematics to correctly install a system or piece of equipment.
- Helping engineers develop new methods or processes.
- Communicate with operators about new systems and equipment and how to operate them.
- Create documentation for new equipment (Work instructions, manuals, etc).
- Suggesting improvements
Qualifications
- A.A / A.S degree mechanical / electronics or equivalent technician experience.
- Basic computer skills and experience using MS Office.
- Basic experience with electronic test equipment.
- Good electronic skills to read schematics and perform equipment wiring.
- Must be able to use schematics and blueprints to assemble new equipment.
- Hands on experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic Solidworks knowledge (Ability to create simple fixtures).
- Fanuc and Universal robot experience (troubleshooting and basic operation).
- PLC experience. (Allen Bradley, Direct logic or Siemens).
Skills
- Attention to detail.
- Strong math skills.
- Knowledge of research and testing methods.
- Ability to follow detailed directions.
- Understanding of engineering concepts.
- Ability to collaborate effectively.

Salary Range :
$42,680.00-$56,980.000
