Source Medical Staffing is hiring a Physical Therapist for a 13 week Travel Contract for a Skilled Nursing and Rehab Center :

Large, 142 Bed, 24 HR Skilled Nursing and s hort-term rehabilitation teams provide the care needed to maximize recovery and meet personal goals.

Pay Packages are all inclusive, built on 36 HRS / 13 weeks and subject to confirmation and other fees not defined by facility.\n\nPer Diems (Housing and Meals) will be determined prior to submission and will be based on MAX allowed per GSA. Please discuss pay breakdowns with your Recruiter prior to submission.\n\nTravel Reimbursements included in Pay Package - please discuss with Recruiter
