Summary : Seeking a Maintenance Technician for equipment and facility upkeep, ensuring continuous operation with expertise in electrical, plumbing, mechanical systems, and regulatory compliance.
Requirements :
Experience in electrical and plumbing
Ability to troubleshoot, repair or coordinate repair of major and support equipment including electrical, electronic, electro-mechanical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and HVAC components
Skilled in conducting preventative maintenance on equipment
Willingness to perform custodial duties as required
Preferred Skills :
Proficiency in reading and interpreting business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or government regulations
Competence in writing reports and business correspondence
Effective presentation skills for information dissemination to managers, clients, customers and the public
Strong grasp of mathematical concepts such as probability, statistical inference, geometry and trigonometry
Responsibilities :
General maintenance and upkeep of equipment and facilities
Supervision of outside contractors' work when necessary
Compliance with safety and regulatory codes as a safety coordinator
Execution of various assigned tasks to support building operations
Pay Details : $20.00 to $27.00 per hour
