Job Description
Associa Chicagoland is looking for a qualified Licensed on-site Community Association Manager (CAM) in Arlington Heights, IL, to join our team.
As an on-site CAM, you will work closely with our clients and vendors and partner with other Associa departments. To be successful in this role, you will need great customer service skills and the ability to work on multiple projects.

Requirements
- Must be licensed as a Community Manager through the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation
- Prefer CMCA, AMS, or PCAM designations.
- 3 years of experience as a Community Manager preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (word, excel, outlook)
- Consultation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt to change.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Possess excellent communication skills combined with a thoroughly professional presentation.
- Strong customer service orientation

- Someone self-motivated
- Possess the ability to read and understand a financial report.
- Facilities and project management experience a plus
