Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for business development and overlay sales to the north American sales
operation and will work closely with the HQ business line manager and the north American sales team to generate
sales opportunities and recruit new enterprise accounts for our new innovative SaaS application targeted for
enterprises using Microsoft TEAMS.
Responsibilities
Execute the product sales strategy with NA sales team.
Monitor and report on the business plan (strategy) execution.
Position the proposed solutions and their value towards customers strategy, needs and direction.
Analyze customers business needs and situation to identify new opportunities.
Develop account strategy; position the company's capabilities in anticipation of customers business strategy and
needs.
Drive company offering and response to customers key business requirements; improve and enhance company
proposition to end customers and develop long-term relationships.
Enroll account team, partners, and internal company resources in defining and implementing account
strategy.
Track and study market & customer needs to help progress product capabilities and features.
Clearly articulate and communicate product values and benefits internally towards R&D functions.

Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 5 years experience in business development in B2B SaaS companies
Experience selling AI technology products and solutions
Capable in developing work relationship with executives and C-level managers
Strong peoples skills. Relationships builder. Able to deal professionally with different personality types.
Consultative selling style
