Mental Health Tech CNA Night Shift 1500 Sign On Bonus

MHT's provide high quality care to patients who are hospitalized with psychiatric or emotional disorders. MHT's hired must support the hospital program philosophy of care, support and ensure a therapeutic milieu for all patients, communicate with nursing staff constantly, and participate in the patient plan of care as assigned.

Requirements

• Education : High school diploma or equivalent required. CPR and SAMA is required (training required and employer provided)
• Required Licenses : None
• Experience : Clinical experience preferred in a behavioral healthcare setting. Experience in a free standing psychiatric hospital preferred.
• Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :

Must have excellent communication skills and be a good listener with a pleasant demeanor that encourages and engages others.
