Looking for one Hem Onc provider to work in our outpatient clinic in southern WA for the following dates :
Shifts needed are Monday-Friday, 8a-5p, no call.
Last two weeks of Feb (2 / 17-28)
First two weeks of April (3 / 31-4 / 11)
Last two weeks of May (5 / 19-30)
Last two weeks of June (6 / 16-6 / 27)
We'll also have ongoing PTO coverage needs through 2025.
REQUIRED :
WA state license; active, unrestricted
Board Certified
