Monitoring : Utilize advanced monitoring technology to assess and interpret vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and other relevant data.

Respond promptly to changes in patient status.Collaboration : Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive and effective patient care.

Critical Thinking : Apply advanced critical thinking skills in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans for complex medical conditions.

Advocacy : Serve as an advocate for patients and their families, providing emotional support and ensuring their needs are met throughout the care journey.

Documentation : Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including nursing assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
